Trace, Texture & Transparency: kiln-fired glasspainting ONLINE. Tuition for a course of 8 ninety-minute Zoom classes scheduled over four days is $740 plus $85 for tools, materials, and course notes. Max 4 students. Each class consists of a demonstration, live instruction, and hands-on exercise in your own studio. A Glasspainting Kit of tools and materials will be shipped to you via USPS mail before the course begins. Cost of shipping is extra, and may change. As of June 2025, shipping within the continental US is $10.85. Shipping to Canada costs $31, to Mexico $43.50. Shipping to Iran, India and Argentina are just under $45; and shipping to UK, France and Australia are currently $49.

To attend, you must have access to a kiln, a lightbox, and a computer connected to wifi. We provide technical support prior to and during all classes, and a 30-minute one-on-one tech set-up session before the course begins.

Artists from a variety of backgrounds have found these workshops useful and enjoyable. Experienced stained glass painters have expanded their technical skills, fluency and versatility. Artists of many disciplines, from illustrators to tattoo artists, have transferred their drawing skills to stained glass. Past students include glassblowers, fusers, and ceramicists.
